Application Process
The application for 2020-21 Academic Year housing will open later this spring. Please visit the Admitted Students site for login information and updates as they become available. In previous years, the Office of Residence Life has been able to offer on-campus housing to the overwhelming majority of the students who applied.
Please note that the Gewirz Student Center is a smoke-free building.
2019-20 Housing Application Dates
May 20, 2019 – Housing application and $150 non refundable application fee due to enter the housing lottery. – Extended to May 27, 2019!
Approximately July 1, 2019 – Room rents charged to student account. Cancellation fee applied after this date. (Pending Confirmation)
Approximately August 1, 2019 – Move-in information sent out.
August 24, 2019 – Resident move-in opens
Parking Application Information
There is a parking garage located below the Gewirz Student Center that residents may use at an additional cost. The Gewirz Resident Parking Application for the 2019-2020 academic year is available here. Please send it to the Parking Office after you have completed the Housing Lottery or post-Lottery on-campus housing selection process. If you have any questions or would like further information on parking or transportation at the Gewirz Student Center, please contact the Parking Office located in McDonough Hall, Room 154 (202) 662-9331.
