“Essentially Limitless”: Restraining Administrative Overreach Under Section 232
Paul Bettencourt, Summer 2019
The Georgetown Journal of Law & Public Policy is published twice annually by students of Georgetown Law. GJLPP is a scholarly legal journal with a focus on conservative, libertarian, and natural law thought.
Though the bulk of our content will either advocate or critique conservative, libertarian, or natural law positions, our Washington location allows us to stay abreast of all areas of law and public policy. We hope that practitioners, professors, judges, and students of all stripes will enjoy reading and submitting to GJLPP.
