Professor Stahl is a Special Counsel to the Deputy Associate Chief Counsel (International) in the Office of Chief Counsel. He previously served as the Assistant to the Branch Chief in Branch 5 of ACCI, which he originally joined as an attorney advisor in 2011. Before joining ACCI, he was an associate in the tax department at Ropes & Gray LLP. Professor Stahl received his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2007, and a Bachelor’s degree from Williams College in 2003.
