Julie Wang is a Senior Counsel in Branch 2 of the Office of Associate Chief Counsel (Corporate). She primarily works on issues involving Subchapter C and consolidated return regulations. Ms. Wang is the principal drafter of the proposed consolidated base erosion and anti-abuse tax rules under Treas. Reg. §1.1502-59A, and she worked extensively on the consolidated debt-equity regulations under Treas. Reg. §1.385-4T.Ms. Wang received a B.B.A. and a Masters of Accountancy degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law. She is a member of the NewYork bar and a certified public accountant.
