Professor Gersch is a Senior Counsel at Arnold & Porter LLP and an experienced trial and appellate lawyer. His practice covers most areas in which businesses litigate including antitrust, commercial disputes, consumer class actions, mass tort, discrimination, false claims and pension actions. He has represented indigent criminal defendants in Superior Court and for several years has represented plaintiffs challenging voter identification laws and gerrymandered congressional districts.
