Professor Rechden has served as in-house counsel at the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank Group since 2007. Prior to this, from 2006 to 2007, he was the Special Operation Officer, and from 2004 to 2006, he was the Regional and Industry Specialist. From 1999 to 2003, Professor Rechden was a Litigation Associate at Papaleo e Ribeiro Advogados S/C (Brazil). He is a part of the Brazilian Bar Association, INSOL International, American Bankruptcy Institute, and American Chamber of Commerce. Professor Rechden has extensive international finance and cross-border restructuring and litigation experience.
