Professor Rimmke works for EY’s National Tax Department where he specializes in the taxation of partnerships, master limited partnerships, and limited liability companies. Prior to joining EY, Professor Rimmke was an attorney at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel in their Passthroughs and Special Industries Division.
