USCAE Program Alone: US$ 3850* **

The cost of the program includes payment for the program and relevant course materials ($2750), and the hotel fee for 13 nights ($1100)  The cost does NOT include airfare or meals (except three group meals).

Legal English Alone: US$ 1625* **

The cost of the program includes the hotel fee for 7 nights ($595) and program and course materials ($1030). The cost does NOT include airfare or meals (except two group meals). For more information about the Legal English program, click here.

USCAE Program + Legal English: US$ 5,300* (Savings of $175!)

This price includes the hotel fee for 20 nights ($3345), program and course materials for both the USCAE program and the Legal English Program ($2130). The cost does NOT include airfare or meals (except five group meals).

*If you would like to stay in a room by yourself, the hotel fee will double.  If you are arriving early or leaving later than the program dates, you will need to pay additional fees and you must notify Dr. John Baker <jsb97@law.georgetown.edu> of your desire to do so by May 15, 2020.  The current cost includes the night of July 12 through the night of July 25.

**A wire transfer fee may apply in addition to the total cost ($50).

NOTE: Many universities offer financial aid and academic credits.  Check with your university to see if this program would apply.

 

Payment Deadlines

You must choose one of the following options for making your payments:

Option 1: Pay in full by April 15, 2020. If you select this option, you will receive a $150 discount.

Option 2: Pay 10% of the cost by April 15, 2020 to reserve your spot in the program and pay the remainder by May 15, 2020.

If you decide not to attend, a refund of 50% of the cost is available if you submit your refund request by May 31, 2020 to <jsb97@law.georgetown.edu>

NOTE: Some schools make the payment as a group, please check with your school to see if it has chosen to pay in this manner.
