Step 1: Complete International Student Questionnaire

After you have submitted your second deposit to Graduate Admissions, complete the International Student Questionnaire.

2: Prepare Supporting Documents

Review and prepare the supporting documents.

3: Email/Upload your Supporting Documents

Upload your supporting documents to your document portal account. If you are unable to access your portal account, please email your documents to your student advisor.

4: Request Form I-20 or DS-2019 Shipment

Register and pay for a FedEx shipment through eShipGlobal.  Instructions are available here.

5: Pay the SEVIS fee and apply for your visa
