Steven Luhr
Program Coordinator
Steven Luhr is a Program Coordinator in the Office of Executive and Continuing Legal Education. In this role, he oversees key aspects of program implementation and logistics for CLE conferences, distance learning initiatives, and the department’s Advisory Boards and Planning Committees. He acts as the departmental liaison to state accreditation agencies, oversees program application and reporting processes, and ensures that CLE programs are compliant and receive necessary approvals.
Steven is a skilled project manager and administrative professional with substantial experience in legal support services, nonprofit operations, and hospitality. He previously served as Executive Assistant and Office Manager in Georgetown Law’s Office of Faculty Support and Campus Services, and prior to joining the university, held positions at both a local consulting firm and policy organization. Additionally, Steven developed his customer service, time management, and logistical expertise while working in DC’s bustling restaurant industry for five years.
Steven holds a BA in Social Sciences from Thomas Edison State College, a professional certificate in Budget & Finance from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies, and a Master of Professional Studies in Legal Studies from The George Washington University.
