When Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg launched Georgetown Law’s inaugural Ginsburg Lecture Series in April 2018, some feared that next year's lecturer — or lecturers — would have a tough act to follow. They needn’t have worried. This year was even better.

Scott K. Ginsburg (L’78) has committed $10.5 million to Georgetown University Law Center, the largest one-time commitment in the history of Georgetown Law. The gift supports expansion of the Law Center campus, near Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.

Bruce (L’80) and Ann Blume (Parents ’08, ’20), have given $10 million to establish the Blume Public Leadership Institute at Georgetown Law. Through the Blume Institute, students exhibiting exceptional promise as future public leaders will receive full-tuition scholarships as Blume Scholars.
